Our Code of Business Conduct applies to every employee (and those acting on our behalf) across all divisions – from manpower supply and equipment rental to civil services and IT. Key Conduct Rules:

  • Follow the Law: Always comply with applicable laws and regulations in letter and spirit. If unsure, seek guidance – no illegal acts or shortcuts are tolerated.
  • Integrity in Business Dealings: No bribery or corruption, period. Do not offer or accept improper payments or gifts. Compete fairly – no collusion with competitors or dishonest tactics to win business.
  • Avoid Conflicts of Interest: Make business decisions in the company’s best interest, not to benefit yourself or family. Disclose any potential conflicts (like outside jobs or investments that could interfere).
  • Respect and Fairness: Treat colleagues and partners with respect. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind is forbidden. We strive for a safe, inclusive workplace for all.
  • Safety and Health: Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly. Help maintain a hazard-free workplace. Don’t work under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Protect Assets and Data: Use company assets (equipment, funds, IT systems) responsibly and for business purposes. Keep confidential information and personal data secure – do not share it improperly. Every employee must safeguard trade secrets and sensitive data.
  • Accurate Records: Be truthful and accurate in all records, reports, and communications. Financial entries, expense reports, and time sheets must be correct. Never falsify documents or misrepresent facts.
  • Speak Up: If you see something unethical or suspicious, report it. We provide confidential channels (hotline, HR, etc.) for you to raise concerns or ask questions. No retaliation is allowed against anyone who reports in good faith – you are safe and encouraged to speak up.
  • Accountability: Violating the Code has consequences. Depending on severity, disciplinary action may include warnings, suspension, or termination. Certain serious violations (theft, fraud, bribes) can lead to immediate dismissal and legal action. We enforce the rules consistently for everyone.
  • Support and Training: Quantech Solutions Company regularly trains employees on ethics and the Code. Help is always available – managers, HR, and Compliance are resources if you’re unsure about the right course of action. We want everyone to understand the Code and feel empowered to do the right thing.
