Commitment

Quantech Solutions Company pledges to respect and uphold human rights in all operations, aligning with Saudi labor law and international standards (ILO conventions and UN Guiding Principles). We strive to ensure fair and humane treatment of everyone who works for us or is impacted by our business.

Key Principles

We prohibit discrimination (equal opportunity for all, no harassment), forbid forced labor and child labor, ensure safe and healthy working conditions, and pay fair wages on time. Our workers are free to leave employment and will never be coerced to work. We support open communication and, where allowed, freedom of association.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees (in manpower supply, equipment rentals, civil services, IT solutions) as well as our contractors and suppliers. We expect partners to uphold the same standards – we will not tolerate human rights abuses in our supply chain.

Reporting & Grievances

We maintain accessible channels for employees and others to report concerns or abuses (e.g., unsafe conditions, harassment, wage issues). Reports can be made without fear – no retaliation is allowed against whistleblowers. We investigate and address issues promptly, and we will remedy any wrongdoing.

Enforcement

If anyone in our company violates human rights (for example, a manager abuses or exploits workers), they will face disciplinary action. Similarly, if a supplier is found using forced or child labor, we will intervene and could terminate the contract. We hold ourselves and our partners accountable to these commitments.

Training & Monitoring

We train our staff on their rights and responsibilities and raise awareness of this policy. Quantech Solutions Company regularly audits and monitors compliance (e.g., checking safety, labor practices, etc.). We continually improve our practices to ensure we not only meet legal requirements but also follow global best practices in protecting human rights.
